FSE Specialty Programs

Change doesn't happen overnight.  Getting FIT and HEALTHY is a process.  It might seem overwhelming at first.  The trick is to ease into it.  One little step-by-step.  If you build your fitness slowly, it won't feel like punishment.  In my opinion, people's "over motivation" and "over ambition" kills them.  Nobody can be superhuman EVERYDAY!

THIS IS WHY

Fitness & Sport Evolution has put together a series of programs that focuses on providing more attainable, short term goals that will, in the end, provide you with a framework for living a healthier lifestyle.  The goal of these programs, is NOT to lose as much weight as possible as quickly as possible. Instead, the point is to focus on creating quality habits and accomplishing small goals. When you can do this consistently and sustainably, you build up something really powerful within you!

When you can start to string successful, SUSTAINABLE weeks together, you build momentum. When you string together multiple FSE programs, you complete ultra-combos and your life shifts from “building new habits” to “this is my new normal.”

When starting a path to healthier living (no matter your goal), it can seem overwhelming.  We jump into the process super excited, and eager to do everything we have to, but then realize (in a matter of a few short weeks), that there are SO many things we need to do - food, exercise, sleep  drinking water, etc - and we become so overwhelmed that WE QUIT!   In these programs, we will work on developing one thing at a time.  We will take it step-by-step to create a realistic approach to creating healthier habits for our busy lifestyles . . . and all of this with individualized support.

So yes, you can lose weight in these challenges

So yes, you can lose weight in these challenges, but it might not be as much if you took a few weeks to starve yourself and work out at a ridiculous pace. That’s okay! That’s expected!

Yes, you can build muscle and strength

Yes, you can build muscle and strength, but perhaps not as quickly as if you worked out seven days a week and pumped yourself full of supplements. That’s okay! That’s not what we’re going for.

We’re not interested in “get fit quick”

We’re not interested in “get fit quick”, we’re interested in “getting healthy permanently" by learning, practicing and adjusting healthier ways of living.

Client Feedback about FSE Challenges

"The 6 week challenge incorporated everything I needed to start getting my health and fitness in check.  It incorporated a work out plan designed for me, nutrition plan, weekly check in/accountability, group support, and trainer support to say the least.  I not only see Heather as my coach and trainer but she is my rock, a great friend, and unending support.  For me, having everything all lined out is amazing, I just have to follow and trust in the plan.  I can attest the plan works, but it is NOT easy.  I think the thing I said the most, “Sometimes I just can’t believe it’s this hard.”  I was ready to give it my all and am proud of what I accomplished in the 6 weeks.  There were many ups and downs on the journey and I was able to talk them through with the group and Heather, I was very grateful for their support.  The 6 week challenge is a great place to start forming healthier tendencies and habits for life."
